Returns & exchanges: I gladly accept returns and exchanges

The following items can't be returned or exchanged because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
Custom or personalized orders
Perishable products (like food or flowers)
Digital downloads
Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)
Conditions of returnBuyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
SHIPPING INFO
SHIPPING DETAILS: I ship through UPS, EMS, and Registered mail. I provide tracking number after shipping.
SHIPPING DURATION: United States and Europe take 2 weeks or less to deliver while Asia takes 3-4 weeks or less to deliver through Registered mail.
EXPRESS SHIPPING: UPS and EMS shipping take 7 working days to deliver worldwide, sometimes it takes more than 7 working days to deliver depending on delay by custom.
NOTE: I can only ship through UPS or EMS when a customer desire express shipping with extra cost shipping cost.
MANDATORY DOCUMENTATION:
NOTE: Shipping plants seeds from Ghana requires mandatory phyto certificate as primary requirement.
IMPORTANT INFORMATION: If your country is strict for import of seed, please let me know the necessary requirements. I am not responsible if your package is seized by the inspection of your country.
The germination of the seeds are assured and tested before sold out, most of the seeds are wild and are currently cultivated, if you need any propagation assistance, do not hesitate to contact me through: jibril@jibrilenterprise.com or my WhatsApp number +233248888949.
I can confirm that the seeds are fresh and viable. But if due to one or two reasons your germination rate is very low contact me for free replacement but on condition that you will pay for shipping and phyto certification only.
NOTE; Please if you are in Australia, Colombia, or South America countries, kindly contact me before making a purchase from me, this is because Registered mail shipping do not ship to those countries, and I can only ship to those places via express shipping.
